There are underlying areas, obsessions, which are fluctuating, with their energies, like a moving network. In this network trying to reach nodes, which may be origin of an artwork. The body as flesh, as the first element, as motion. The perception of space : five senses. Flesh and emptiness. Maybe confinement, maybe frustration, trying to be a seismograph of things, of what is transforming, becoming. Maybe tiny and alive residues of childhood, of animality. A particular form of slight absurdity, slight madness. To film, then to concentrate on images, on their movement, find what reappears in the material − immaterial. Image as illusion, as mockery, as flat, as much less than we expect. Removal and shifts.
